Your order will be sent once payment is received ;
A product can’t be refunded. If you don’t receive your order. I can send it again but you will have to pay half of the shipping costs ;
If you have a preorder article in your order, shipping costs must be paid for each delivery. You can choose to wait and group all the products together and pay only one shipment.
